The Aritzia Warehouse Sale is back in Vancouver this September. Here’s everything you need to know

The hometown retailer is bringing discounts of up to 90 percent to the Vancouver Convention Centre West for one very busy week.

There are a few reliable signs that fall is around the corner in Vancouver. The air gets a little crisper, the days get a little shorter, pumpkin spice starts taking over café menus—and shoppers start lining up outside Vancouver Convention Centre for the annual Aritzia warehouse sale.

The yearly frenzy is set to return this year from September 1 to 7 at its usual spot, Vancouver Convention Centre West (1055 Canada Place). Hours will be similar to previous years—the sale runs from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. from September 1 through 5 (Tuesday through Saturday), before switching to 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on September 6 and 7 (Sunday and Monday). One thing to leave at home: your Aritzia gift card, which won’t be accepted at the sale.

Expect a week of deeply discounted coats, denim, dresses, sweaters and more, with prices slashed down by a whopping 90 percent. Aritzia’s $425 Powder Parka Long, for example, will be priced at $174.99, while a $278 Mesh Cashmere Oversized Crew Sweater will go for $59.99. A $148 Worldly Poplin Dress drops to $49.99.

For a little context on just how big the hometown retailer has become, Aritzia landed at no. 32 on BCBusiness’s 2026 Top 100, one spot up from its 2025 ranking of no. 33. Within the retail segment, it ranked no. 6—only behind behemoths like Lululemon, Arc’teryx and Best Buy—reporting $2.738 billion in 2025 revenue, up from $2.332 billion the year before.
