B.C. Hospitality Foundation’s Dish ‘n Dazzle, featuring Wines of Chile
Pan Pacific Hotel
May 30, 2013
More than 400 people attended the annual Dish ‘n Dazzle gala, featuring Wines of Chile in partnership with the B.C. Hospitality Foundation. Twelve participating restaurants, over 19 wineries and seven mixologists made for a spectacular night of food, wine and cocktails that raised over $40,000 for the BCHF. A cocktail competition, silent auction and raffle rounded out the evening.
It was a perfect opportunity to discover and experience the broad range of high-quality wines from Chile, while supporting the livelihoods of those who depend on the B.C. hospitality industry. Dish ‘n Dazzle is now in its fourth year and has become one of the most anticipated annual food and wine events in Vancouver. The event is one of the signature fundraisers for the foundation, whose mandate is to provide financial support for individuals within the hospitality industry who are struggling with a financial crisis arising from a health or medical condition.
