The BCBusiness Women of the Year celebrates exceptional women in seven categories: leader, entrepreneurial leader, change maker, innovator, community builder, equity and inclusion champion and rising star.

For the fourth year in a row, we honoured an entirely new crop of women in our annual awards ceremony. It was a night to remember, with incredible speeches from all the 2023 Women of the Year finalists who are redefining what it means to lead our province forward.
