The real Olympic ambassadors are not the men and women employed by VANOC to meet and greet tourists during those two weeks in February, but the thousands of frontline workers in our many restaurants and hotels. In the February issue of BCBusiness, we are going to introduce readers to some of the stars of B.C.’s hospitality trade – the doormen, barmen, servers and hosts who are putting a face to Vancouver when the world comes to town.
The stars will be picked with input from the online readers/followers of BCBusiness.
