We’re coming at you today with a call from our sister publication, Vancouver magazine: their Made in Vancouver Awards are in full swing, and the deadline to apply is April 15.
The Made in Vancouver Awards celebrate the city’s best makers. Winners range from designers to chefs to woodworkers to artists, thanks to the competition’s six categories:
Food (subcategories: Savoury and Sweet) May include sauces, oils/vinegars, preserves and spreads, baked goods and snacks, etc.
Drink (subcategories: Beer, Spirits and Zero-Proof) May include cocktail mixes, shrubs and bitters, spirits, sodas, kombuchas, etc.
Style Fashion, accessories, jewelry, etc.
Home Tableware, pottery, baskets, textiles, decor, lighting, woodcraft, etc.
Beauty Makeup, skincare, haircare, self-care, etc.
Wildcard Anything else!
