More than 30 celebrities will join legendary music producer Foster at this charity event
B.C. pop star Carly Rae Jepsen is one of many high-profile guests who will take the stage
You don’t win 16 Grammy Awards without making a lot of famous friends along the way. On Saturday, October 21, at Rogers Arena, producer and composer David Foster shows just how well connected he is by inviting more than 30 celebrities to join him for a blockbuster fundraiser. At the David Foster Foundation 30th Anniversary Miracle Gala & Concert, guests range from media titan Oprah Winfrey and Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler to comedian Jay Leno and B.C. pop sensation Carly Rae Jepsen.
Over the past three decades, the David Foster Foundation has helped some 1,100 Canadian families with children in need of major organ transplants, giving them millions of dollars in direct support for non-medical expenses. At BCBusiness’s Top 100 event in June, keynote speaker Foster invited Curtis Kellar, who received help from the foundation, to join him onstage.
BCBusiness publisher Canada Wide Media Ltd. is a media partner of the Miracle Gala & Concert. Tickets range from $49 to $119, plus fees. To order, click here.
