Collaborative Construct – dys architecture

Too often, the term ‘teamwork’ feels forced, lending the impression of people who are coaxed into striving for a common goal. That’s why visiting the open-concept headquarters of dys architecture on Vancouver’s Burrard St. is so refreshing. Here, teamwork flows as effortlessly as the design lines on the computer screens. Young talent and seasoned veterans sit in close proximity to each other, and principals exchange ideas with newcomers. Everyone has his/her own job to do, but there’s a palpable sense that support is readily available and happily provided.
