Amazon managed to hire 30 Microsoft executives from 2015-2017, six times as many as Google and 15 times as many as Apple and eBay. The reasons Amazon might be attractive anyone looking for a change are its proximity to Microsoft’s headquarters, its innovation and better compensation.
