The League of Innovators, a national Canadian charity founded by Ryan Holmes, has long been one of the country’s sharpest incubators of young entrepreneurial talent. Now, the team has launched its own awards program, seeking to crown Youth Entrepreneur of the Year winners from across the country. We at BCBusiness jumped at the chance to profile the B.C.-based winners of this year’s competition. While you might see some familiar faces from our recent 30 Under 30 issues (something we take as a major compliment), we worked to make sure to tell you something different about everyone you’ll see in the coming pages. Without further ado, we’re proud to introduce the first annual B.C. winners of the Youth Entrepreneur of the Year awards.
