Western Living Designer of the Year Awards 2011

Hundreds of the West Coast’s most influential designers gathered at Masik Studios in Vancouver to celebrate the winners of Western Living‘s 4th annual Designers of the Year Awards. The evening kicked off with an impressive live art performance by the talented Pamela Masik as she flung paint on a black canvas while blindfolded. Fashionable guests nibbled on B.C.’s finest fish from Blue Water Cafe, sipped on indulgent chocolate martinis, perused a showcase of outstanding work by the competition’s winners and runners-up.

The 2011 winners included Fashion Designer of the Year, Obakki, and Furniture Designer of the Year, MTH Woodworks.
