The 13th annual BCBusiness 30 Under 30 Class of 2026 showcases the next generation of entrepreneurs, executives and changemakers redefining success in B.C.

They say with age comes wisdom, but this year’s BCBusiness 30 Under 30 cohort proves that youth, especially when it comes to business, shouldn’t be underestimated.

Agility, grit, resilience, adaptability: these are the traits we saw time and again as our editorial team reviewed the hundreds of applications we received for our 2026 program. Now, for our 13th year, BCB is profiling the best and brightest in the province: the young people who are killing it in their fields. It also forced us to think outside of our typical understanding of ambition.

Our winners prove that building an authentic and trusted personal brand and securing partnerships and strategic allegiances is just as important as climbing the ladder in the corporate world. There is no one-size-fits-all measure to success here.

This year’s cohort includes a world record holder, a fashion photographer working with some of the planet’s coolest brands, an AI growth hacker, and startup founders who are changing the way we think about food waste, climate security and education. Oh, and we’ve got the first Gen-Z leader of a major political party in Canadian history, too.

Together, our 2026 class proves that age is nothing but a number, and that B.C.’s future is in very capable hands.
