That time of year is here again (already!), and to absolutely no one’s surprise, this year’s top stories reveal what our audience can’t get enough of: real estate, real estate and more real estate. Here in B.C.. we love our local celebrity names and Arthur Erickson is pretty much royalty in the design world. So, of course, the story about one local couple’s painstaking restoration of his Perry Estate—where every beam and brick gets the reverence of a heritage rock star—was a hit.
