Nature Haus is a brand new townhouse community by Isle of Mann, located in Fleetwood, Surrey. Designed with families in mind, the development features 117 homes inspired by West Coast contemporary architecture and Scandinavian interior design. This vision resonated with Sutton Realty’s Wesley Yu and his clients: a young couple searching for their forever-home where they could start their family.
A key selling point was Nature Haus’ location. Unlike many townhouse projects clustered in high-density areas, this community is nestled within a single-family neighbourhood, offering residents a quieter atmosphere. The couple was also drawn to the quality of finishes and thoughtful amenities throughout the project.
Ultimately they chose a three-bedroom plus flex, two-and-a-half-bath townhouse spanning 1,903 square feet. The home boasts nine-foot ceilings on the main floor, a master ensuite with double vanities and undermount sinks, as well as a gourmet KitchenAid appliance package. Shared amenities include a communal lounge and fitness room, but more importantly, a dedicated kids play area complete with a bunk house and craft spaces.
In an Instagram post, Yu highlighted the current market shift, noting that “now is a fantastic time to consider buying new,” as buyers benefit from greater options and flexibility. “Developers currently have a record high in inventory,” he explains. “A lot of new units that are being completed haven’t really sold due to the downturn in the marketplace.”
To encourage sales, developers are now offering incentives and various promotions. For instance, at Nature Haus, buyers are being offered a $25,000 credit, as well as complimentary additions like air conditioning and epoxy garage flooring. According to Yu, today’s conditions give buyers the rare chance to take their time when choosing a home and to negotiate more favourable terms. “Buyers are now looking around and learning more as they see more places, so they’ll pick up things that they’re drawn to,” he says. “They can view more houses and areas that will help them find the best-suited home for them.”
