STUART MCNISH (middle)President and founder, Oh Boy Productions “The number one thing is to love what you do. If you don’t, it’s very easy to become overly stressed. I allow myself the psychological freedom to say, ‘I’m going to work until I get it done.’ That takes a bit of understanding from your family and friends, but as a result, you’re going to be more relaxed. It’s not a prescription for everybody, but it works for me.”
NOEL FOX (right)Studio director and co-founder, Cowie and Fox Inc. “Work hard, play hard is a must. My next trip is to Indonesia, and I spend a lot of weekends mountain biking in Whistler and skiing and snowboarding in the winter. And yoga. We have a yoga instructor who comes into the office every Wednesday. These things help clear my mind. When I run into a roadblock, I do lunch with a mentor, like Chip Wilson, who I’m actually doing the Grouse Grind with next week.”
